Dr. Ruth Dean has graciously donated her collection of slides to this project. I have scanned in her Britain slides, and added them to the appropriate pages. I am in the process of testing all the links, and have made substantial progress. The Dean slides can be accessed through http://vrcoll.fa.pitt.edu/medart2/image/England/maineng.html.
